Jutta took her first Pilates class in 2000. She has been practicing the method ever since. But it wasn’t until she completed her university degree in interpretation that she dedicated herself completely to working with the body.
In 2006, she became a certified massage therapist in the USA and then, in 2007, began the Pilates instructor training in Spain, with Gabriela Solini. From 2007 to 2019, Jutta worked with Gabriela Solini at City Pilates Madrid, and as an assistant instructor at Movimiento Pilates, focusing on anatomy. During this time, she attended workshops and received continuing education on various topics (including pregnancy and scoliosis) in Spain and in the USA.
From 2012 to 2019, Jutta also practiced Ashtanga Yoga – first as a student and from 2017 as an assistant teacher. Since 2019, Jutta has been living in Stuttgart. She is keen to keep learning new things and to become ever more familiar with movement and the human body.
